Owned and operated by Pamela Raymond and Richard Stafford for the past twenty years, the Sayville Inn is part of local history. Join Pam and Richard for an evening at their home away from home. Teddy Roosevelt stopped here for a drink while visiting Meadow Croft, the estate owned by John Ellis Roosevelt, the president's cousin. The Inn, built in 1888, is located on Middle Road, the South Shore highway of the 19th Century. The wonderfully prepared dishes, the cozy ambiance and the friendly young staff make The Sayville Inn a nice place (if you can find it).

Live music nightly; Wine dinners; Nightly dinner specials; Catering in original Tavern; Special promotional events; Take out

Sayville Restaurants Meet William Bergin, the executive chef at The Sayville Inn. He prepares mouth-watering dishes and sinfully delicious desserts as Specials nightly. Bill developed his own style by drawing from the many chefs he worked with in the past. Besides cooking, Bill loves baseball and is a big Yankee fan.
