CHAD
(Children Have An identity)
"The
Pilot Club of Sayville, a division of Pilot International...is sponsoring
a child identification program in partnership with Brookhaven Memorial
Hospital Women's Services. The CHAD program fosters rapid identification
of children in emergency situations when the parent or guardian is not
available or able to provide essential information...parents or guardians
are encouraged to fill out the CHAD tricolored sticker and place it on the
child's right front corner or center of the child's safety seat, under the
cushion. The sticker is not limited to just child safety seats...any other
personal equipment that might assist emergency teams in crisis
identification.
For more
information regarding the CHAD program or to obtain an identification
sticker, visit the Pilot Club of Sayville web site..."
