On Saturday, April 5th from 10am-3pm Tim Cowan and the Eagle Scouts continued their project of installation of the North Garden Bed at The Common Ground. They continued to learn how to plant and space perennials and bulbs among trees and shrubs in varying degrees of sun and shade. They used both plants as a ground cover and newspaper with mulch to suppress weeds. There was an introduction to water-efficient drip irrigation.
