Apple Festival at Islip Grange held Saturday, October 18 was sponsored by the Town of Islip
It was a spectacular free fair which had the flavor of an old time harvest festival. Craft vendors were on hand as well as continuous entertainment. Children of all ages entered contests for apple pie eating, apple baked goods and scarecrows.
