Dear Friends,
Let me introduce myself to you, my name is John DeRosa, I
live in Sayville, Long Island. I am a locomotive engineer
for the Long Island Railroad. But I am also a personal
trainer and fitness instructor, at Sayville Fitness.
This
letter is being written to you to inform you that Sayville
Fitness on July 7th will be holding a fund raiser for The
Children’s Cancer Association, right in The Common Ground
Park at 7pm.
All monies we raise will be turned over to The
Children’s Cancer Association. We are asking for any help in
getting our word out to all of Long Island and New York, and
also with donations. All donations are taxed deducible.
This fund raiser is a little different then most, we are
doing a Race Day Spin, and are calling it “A Ride for a
Cure”. You see we have twenty spin bikes, and what we are
doing is asking for our twenty spinners to get donations to
participate. They will have to be able to at least raise
$100 in order to secure themselves a bicycle.
Checks can be made out to Sayville Fitness, when the event
is over we will be writing one check to the Children’s
Cancer Association. You can mail all Checks to:
