Sayville Fitness Announces The Body Transformation Contest

Welcome to out first ever "Body Transformation Contest."
We would first like to let you know that any measurements and weight readings we take are private. So only yourself and the trainer involved will see any of this information.

The contest is not a weight loss contest! It is a way of life change. We will have three different winners in three different categories:
1-The highest Percentage of weight loss in proportion to height and age
2-The most amount of inches loss for the TOTAL body
3 The OVERALL winner is the ONE PERSON who has drastically changed there entire body and way of living.

1st Place 1 Year Membership
2nd Place 6 Months Membership
3rd Place 3 Months Membership

We will hold a monthly weight in and take all out readings over again. This contest will run from January 6th thru April 29th with out winners being announced The First Week OF MAY.

It is very important that when you sign up you give us your email address so we can send you emails each week, with different diets, workouts, and inspiration to help motivate you all.

We are not asking people to intensely train to be part of same fad or trendy thing.

We want our members to continue after the Challenge on a path of Healthy eating Habits, Consistent weight training and cardio. The Body Transformation Contest is for the long term COMMITMENT to Three Goals: Spiritual, Mental and Physical Transformation.
